Vruksha- continued

The hype surrounding the story of Vruksha was in fact the reality of its humility.
When the mist cleared after the INCIDENT all that remained was just a tiny sapling sprouting from an earth ravaged with corruption and greed. Yet, the sapling began to be what a romantic would call, the breath of life. It began to raise its head, with all of its three tiny leaves freshly coloured thanks to the dew drops of the fresh rain from the sky after a gap of nearly 10 long years. The time is 2025 and the day is December 25. The earth still stands and the world is still shocked thanks to the INCIDENT. It was not the end of the world. It was not the apocalypse as was predicted from 2012. It was a beginning, a new turn of events in the page of the destined history. A beginning that would lead to a fateful day in 2025 when the world realised that harmony was more than just a word. That the word brotherhood and PEACE could be just as effectie, yet strangely violent as the words WAR and a WARHEAD would be.

Things started to roll into perspective only from that fateful day in 2012. The day the world was supposed to end. On the contrary, the world began and how!!!!

  1. Aaahhh... Glad that u notified me as soon as the little 'vruksha' sprouted out! Though this write-up is not a poem; I get the trials of all poetic language, I appreciate & admire it! It is very common that one writes something about the current issues or situations or even on current thoughts [I too am included in that group]; you have gone a step ahead & have imagined the state of the world in which your vruksha would breathe life! This is certainly a good concept.
Now, regarding your magnificent write-up on the continuation of the legendary vruksha, you have nurtured it well & helped it sense the essence of this beautiful world. The fact that world is now blocked up with corruption, disloyalty, etc; one must adhere to another fact that only this world has something to give us, something that we can learn from it & thus, it is indeed the most beautiful & adorable gift which we have got! I would love to see vruksha growing into a majestic tree, experiencing all fruits of nature; then I'm sure that even vruksha would perceive world in the same manner as how I've perceived it!
Great going Sandra. Will look forward to the actual nourishment of vruksha!
