Cleansing

The tree grew, bright and green,
Lived a life barely when it died,
Brown and rot set it when it had all but begun,
It threw the birds out,
Called the rabbits out of their burrows
The snakes and parasites or of the branches,
All were asked to leave and move on.

The root did what was left about and the tree moved down,

Life rented a limited time,
Those sheltered moved on
Those advised had moved on
Ask the tree had was to spew out the venom observed,

The gentle winds spoke again,
The sprout of the tree grew again,
The rants and hurts were all but abandoned,
Friend or fire, benefactor or benefiter

All were but part of THE ONE
All are and were but this too had to pass...
